中国文联1月16日发布《文艺工作者广告代言自律公约》，提出坚决抵制破坏市场秩序、拒不履行合同约定、谋取非法利益、偷税漏税、签署“阴阳合同”、索取“天价片酬”；侵犯他人知识产权、存在抄袭剽窃；违反生态环境保护规定、破坏自然人文景观风貌等9项不良广告代言行为。
