普京承若卢卡申科 在白俄罗斯需要时提供军事援助

白俄罗斯大选结果公布一周以来，成千上万的反对派持续在首都明斯克抗议示威活动。造成将近7000人被捕，2人死亡。反对派支持者在其他城市也组织了抗议示威。

白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科表示，他和俄罗斯总统普京15日举行了长时间电话会谈。详细讨论了白俄罗斯总统选举后的局势。他说，白俄两国在联盟国家和集体安全条约组织框架下签署了相关条约，目前情况适用于这些条约。双方商定，只要白俄罗斯遭受外部军事威胁时向俄方提出请求，俄方就将为其提供全面安全保障援助。

总统卢卡申科周日（8月16日）对数千支持者发表讲话称，如果白俄罗斯屈从于反对派的要求，重新选举，那么结果就是亡国，那就意味着你们的末日开始 ，你们就像乌克兰和其他国家的人那样跪在地上祈求上帝。你们为了捍卫自己和妻儿的独立集结在这里，如果现在不压倒反对派，他们就会像耗子一样从洞里钻出来。

卢卡申科称，北约的坦克和飞机已经在距离白俄罗斯边境15分钟路程的地方部署完毕，北约的军队在我们家门口。立陶宛，拉脱维亚，波兰和乌克兰正在命令我们举行新的选举。卢卡申科呼吁支持者捍卫国家独立，抵御外来压力。

据媒体报道，当地时间8月16日，克里姆林宫在一份声明中指出，白俄罗斯日前正受到外部势力的影响，持续遭到抗议活动的困扰。俄罗斯总统普京与白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科通话时表示，莫斯科随时准备在必要时提供军事帮助。
