朝鲜遭受水灾 金正恩闭关锁国 拒绝任何外国援助

据朝鲜中央通讯社报道，近期朝鲜国内强降雨引发洪水导致朝鲜经济多个行业严重受损，其中包括1.6万栋房屋被淹，超过3.9万公顷庄稼被毁，多条道路、桥梁和铁路段被冲垮，一座水力发电站大坝决堤。金正日在访问灾区期间，命令官员向受灾地区的每个家庭提供国家事务委员会主席的储备粮，为受洪灾的人们迅速提供睡眠材料，日用品，药品和其他必需品以尽快稳定生活是至关重要的，并协助他们使用水泥等必需品来重建受损地点。由于朝鲜缺乏基础设施，特别是大雨，容易遭受自然灾害的袭击，使数千人流离失所。

金正恩在致朝鲜劳动党第七届中央委员会政治局的讲话中说：在新冠疫情肆虐全球的情况下，我们决不允许任何的外部洪水赈灾援助，而要严密封锁国境，开展严格的防疫工作。
