原越南共产党中央总书记黎可漂于2020年8月7日2时52分在河内因病去世，享年89岁。国葬期间，越南全国政府机关和公共场所降半旗志哀，停止一切娱乐活动。
越共中央委员会，越南国会，国家主席，政府，祖国阵线中央委员会和原越共中央总书记黎可漂家属8月15日在河内陈圣宗街5号国家殡仪馆，胡志明市统一会堂，黎可漂的故乡清化市25B会堂同日为原越共中央总书记黎可漂隆重举行国葬。越南政府总理阮春福，国会主席阮氏金银等党和国家领导人出席。黎可漂的遗体随后被送往河内的梅驿公墓安葬。
黎可漂1931年12月27日出生于越南清化省东山县东溪乡，居住在河内市还剑郡东门坊李南帝街7/36/C1号。1947年参加革命，1949年6月19日加入印度支那共产党（今越南共产党），越共第七，第八届中央委员会委员，越共第七届中央书记处书记，越共第七届，第八届政治局委员，越共第八届政治局常委委员，越共第八届中央委员会总书记（1997年12月至2001年4月），第九届、第十届国会代表。任越共中央总书记期间，黎可漂曾于1999年访华。
