泰国数千人上街反政府示威

在泰国曼谷（Bangkok），数千名示威民众无视新冠疫情期间的大型集会禁令。爆发大规模的民众上街聚集在象征民主的纪念碑周围，要求更换政府，重修宪法。

据《卫报》报道，泰国民众对巴育政府的不满情绪逐渐高涨，示威者18日聚集在首都曼谷的民主纪念碑附近抗议，高举、挥舞着标语牌，呼吁政府制定新宪法，举行新选举和结束压制性法律。示威者主要是三十岁以下学生团体，在夜幕降临前，高呼他们的诉求，更换自2014军事政变上台的军政府。他们提出的诉求包括民主改革，尤其是要修宪。一名示威者高喊：弟兄姐妹，泰国人民值得享有民主。主办组织表示，如果他们的要求得不到满足，将在两周内重返街头抗议。
