8月10日外交部发言人赵立坚主持例行记者会上。深圳卫视记者：据报道，美国卫生与公众服务部部长阿扎已于昨日抵达台湾并开始访问。今天上午，他会见了台湾地区领导人蔡英文，此后还计划与台湾当局有关官员会谈。中方对此有何评论？
赵立坚强调，中方一贯坚决反对美国与台湾官方往来，有关情况已向美方提出严正交涉。台湾问题是中美关系中最重要最敏感的问题，一个中国原则是中美关系的政治基础。美方所作所为严重违背其在台湾问题上所作承诺。我们敦促美方恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，停止与台进行任何形式的官方往来与接触，停止提升美台实质关系，慎重妥善处理涉台问题，以免对中美重要领域合作和台海和平稳定造成严重损害。
