公寓对面的一名目击者在电视采访中说，她第一次听到大人尖叫，好奇地看着窗外时，震惊的是四楼的窗户冒出黑烟，看着两个孩子试图从阳台上跳下来。她拍摄了这个不可思议的事件。这是一个英勇的场景，一个奇迹，我永远不会忘记。邻居和路人成了救援的英雄。
