北京市发放122亿元消费券。为保证本次活动所有用户可以享受到相关优惠政策，消费者需完成实名认证才可通过京东APP领取消费券，保护消费者权益，杜绝黄牛。6月5日可开始预约。
专项消费券用于线下餐饮和购物
专项消费券，可在北京地区餐饮、购物与商户线下门店消费时使用。6月份共发放四个批次，6月6日10时首批发放200万个，其余三批次分别为6月13日、6月20日和6月27日。
每个卡包总价值60元(共3张券)，每张券有效期为14天，包括1张满50元减10元券；1张满100元减20元券；1张满200元减30元券。
北京市商务局相关负责人介绍，除上述政府优惠券部分外，消费者在支付时，还可享受到商家1:1优惠配比。如消费60元，使用满50元减10元券一张，核减政府补贴后金额为50元，在此基础上，再享受参与企业给予配比补贴10元，实际需支出40元。
