泰国民航局：中转泰国乘客须持有健康证明

7月14日，中国民航局发布对泰国两家航空公司实施“熔断指令”的通知，决定自7月20日起，分别暂停泰国狮子蒙特里航空公司SL117曼谷至广州航线航班、泰国亚洲航空（长途）公司XJ808曼谷至天津航线航班运行一周。

泰国狮子航空7月7日入境的SL117曼谷至广州航班上共发现6名旅客新冠病毒核酸检测呈阳性，泰国亚洲航空7月10日入境的XJ808曼谷至天津航班上共发现5名旅客新冠病毒核酸检测呈阳性，根据《民航局关于调整国际客运航班的通知》有关规定，泰国狮子航空SL117航班及亚洲航空XJ808航班已触发航班熔断条件，中国民航局决定自7月20日起分别暂停两家航空公司上述航线航班运行一周。并要求熔断的航班量不得用于其他航线。

泰国疫情管理中心发言人塔维辛16日表示，上述两个航班的乘客在泰国中转期间全程未下飞机，因此并无导致本地感染的风险。

泰国民航局16日宣布，所有中转泰国乘客须持有健康证明。

泰国民航局局长朱拉当天在曼谷表示，此前两架前往中国的泰国航班上发现乘客确诊感染新冠病毒，受此事件影响，泰国民航局将要求所有航空公司仅可向持有健康证明的乘客出售在泰国中转的机票。他说，即使在中转过程中不下飞机的乘客也需遵守这一规定。
