中国侨联调研座谈会在温州举行

据温州新闻网报道， 9月17日，中国侨联兼职副主席、中央和国家机关侨联主席邵旭军带队来温州调研并举行座谈会，重点了解当下疫情给海外华侨华人、留学生的工作生活带来的新困难新问题，关注海外侨情出现的新变化，肯定温州海内外侨胞同心战疫。

浙江温州是全国重点侨乡，68.8万温籍侨胞分布在全球131个国家和地区，建立了350个海外温籍侨团、70所侨校。据介绍，国内新冠肺炎疫情发生后，温州市侨联第一时间向全球温籍侨团发出倡议书，34个国家472个侨团（企业）积极响应，捐款约820万元，捐赠口罩、防护服等防疫物资1800多万件。同时市侨联建立“助企抗疫情、联企复生产”服务侨企专项行动，指导做好复工复产工作。此外，温州各方积极联动协同，及时整合多方资源，通过设立护侨工作群、侨团会长应急群、世界温州人健康大联盟等微信群，引导组建海外志愿者服务队、开设互联网侨爱医院，全方位开展线上线下抗疫服务，凝聚侨心侨力。

温州市省侨联党组书记、主席郑宏国介绍温州海内外侨胞同心战疫情况，并对当前常态化涉侨抗疫举措提出建议。温州市留学生联谊会会长卢琼重点介绍“同心战疫——全球关爱温籍留学生行动”工作方法和成效。

邵旭军表示，突如其来的疫情，让世情国情侨情发展了新变化，为侨服务工作面临新形势和新挑战，下一步做好为侨服务工作，必须加强思想引领，提升侨联组织队伍工作能力，积极谋划出台应对举措，强化为侨服务能力，先行先试，为为侨服务积累更多先进经验。

省侨联党组书记、主席连小敏介绍浙江省侨联境外疫情输入防控工作情况。台州市侨联、丽水市侨联有关负责人介绍有关涉侨战疫情况。温籍侨领冯定献、卓旭光、虞安林分别结合德国、法国、俄罗斯等海外华侨华人抗疫情况，就下一步如何更好服务海外华侨华人开展抗疫、复工复产和回国发展等方面提出建设性建议。
