黑龙江省龙江航空是中国首家因冠状疫情危机陷入财务困境被拍卖的民营航空公司。该公司旗下有5架飞机，最终的成交价为8.06亿元，远高于起拍价3.29亿元人民币和评估价4.11亿元。值得注意的是，龙江航空账上还有流动负债8.01亿元，非流动负债0.21亿元，负债总计8.22亿元。
据京东拍卖网站消息，龙江航空有限公司98%股权对应股东部分权益价值项目以8.06亿元价格被成功拍卖。网络竞价成交确认书显示，竞买人北京盛达金业投资咨询有限公司，以805731040.00元竞得。
此次网上拍卖吸引了34967人围观，包括北京盛达金业在内的2名竞拍人总计出价91次。民航资源网早前报道指出，这是中国民航史上首家航司拍卖会。
天眼查APP数据显示，北京盛达金业投资咨询有限公司成立于2012年，注册资本100万元，经营范围为投资咨询、投资管理、经济贸易咨询。
从工商信息资料并不能看出这家公司与航空的关系。有业内人士认为，此次拍下龙江航空的公司更像是代拍，甚至背后很可能就是龙江航空的债权方。近年来，民航局严控准入门槛，航空公司牌照是稀缺资源，不少投资者都很眼馋。而8.06亿元的成交价，其实就是买牌照。
