英国加拿大宣布制裁白俄罗斯总统父子及8位高官

据法新社援引英国外交部公布的声明报道，英国和加拿大9月29日宣布，对包括白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科，及其长子兼国家安全顾问的维克多共8人实施制裁。这次受英方制裁的白俄罗斯官员包括卢卡申科和他的长子兼国家安全顾问维克多，还有总统幕僚长谢尔盖延科，内政部长卡拉耶夫，副内政部长兼公安警察长官巴尔苏科夫，副内政部长兼内政部队司令纳扎连科，内政部队副司令阿塔别科夫和明斯克特别行动警察长官巴拉巴什。

英方的声明写道，卢卡申科政权在大选之后，应对就反对派人士,媒体和白俄罗斯人民的一系列侵犯人权的行为负责。尽管国际社会发出了许多呼吁，但其拒绝与反对派进行对话，而是选择加倍进行他的暴力镇压。

英国外交大臣拉布表示，今天，英国和加拿大通过对卢卡申科的暴力和欺诈政权实施制裁，发出了明确的信息,我们不接受这次被操纵选举的结果。我们将追究对白俄罗斯人民发动暴行的人的责任，并捍卫我们的民主和人权价值观。

加拿大外长商鹏飞发表声明表示，随着白俄罗斯政府继续犯有系统地侵犯人权行为，也没有迹象表明它真正致力于与反对派团体寻求谈判解决方案，加拿大也不会默默地站着看。加拿大和英国共同采取行动，以确保这些制裁产生更大的影响，并在我们对局势的谴责中表现出团结。在白俄罗斯人民努力恢复本国人权和实现民主的过程中，加拿大声援白俄罗斯人民。
