【大快人心】贩卖假口罩被判刑

新冠病毒疫情发生了几个月，口罩成了日常生活的必需品，药店，商店不是限购就是脱销。然而让人气愤的是，不少人花了很多心力，发现自己买到的口罩竟然是假的。有人义无反顾的支援一线，但也有人却在这上面起了歪心思，借机发国难财，真让人心寒。对于这些毫无良知发国难财的奸商报应终于来了。

北京市朝阳区人民法院对销售假口罩一案作出判决，北京康佰馨大药房销售假口罩涉案主犯李东被依法判处有期徒刑15年，并处罚金400万元。

李东为北京康佰馨大药房法定代表人，于2020年1月21日至1月26日，伙同李俞章、罗涵毅从山东省高密市购进标注“3M”字样的假冒口罩50余万只，销售给京津冀等地药店或个人，销售金额达420万余元。三名被告人明知购进的口罩是假冒注册商标不合格产品，仍然进行销售。其行为严重破坏社会主义市场经济秩序，侵害消费者合法权益，妨害疫情防控，应依法严惩。李东系主犯，依法判处李东有期徒刑15年，罚金人民币400万元，李俞章判处有期徒刑10年，罚金人民币300万元，罗涵毅判处有期徒刑9年，罚金人民币250万元，并追缴3名被告人的违法所得330余万元。
