金正恩就韩国公民被朝军射杀一事道歉

据韩联社9月25日报道，朝鲜国务委员会委员长金正恩25日以统一战线部的名义向韩国发来通知，就韩国公民被朝军射杀事件道歉。

韩国国家安保室长徐薰在记者会上公开了朝鲜致函的内容，金正日称这个意外是一个可耻的事件，朝鲜没有给因疫情面临困难的韩方同胞带来帮助，反而在朝方海域发生了不光彩的事情，对此感到愧疚。他为因此让文在寅总统和韩国同胞感到失望而深切致歉。

韩国统一部长官李仁荣25日表示，朝鲜国务委员会委员长金正恩向韩国国民在西海遭射杀一事道歉是极罕见的情况。
