黎巴嫩大爆炸后 法国总统马克龙第二次出访贝鲁特

8月4日，黎巴嫩首都贝鲁特发生大爆炸后爱丽舍宫随即宣布，法国总统马克龙将于周四（6日）前往贝鲁特，与黎巴嫩总统米歇尔·奈姆·奥恩，总理哈桑·迪亚布会晤，同时法方向贝鲁特市派遣3架飞机配备相关医疗设备和搜救人员。巴黎市政府将解冻10万欧元资金，用于向黎巴嫩提供紧急援助。

马克龙第二次快速出访黎巴嫩为表明黎巴嫩人和法国人像兄弟一样。再者出席庆祝黎巴嫩建国百年的仪式， 1920年9月1日，法国上校亨利· 古罗（Henri Gouraud）建立了大黎巴嫩国。法国空军飞行表演队将参加本次纪念仪式，届时会以拖着红白绿三色的黎巴嫩国旗颜色的烟，飞越贝鲁特上空。而本次访问中最敏感，最期待的部分是与黎巴嫩政届领导人的讨论。他将继续向黎巴嫩政界施加压力，要求他们进行真正的改革，以应对黎巴嫩民众的愤怒。既快又要有效率，且不干扰他国内政。为了获得黎巴嫩民众和国际政坛的信任，马克龙必须迅速有效的与黎巴嫩政府方面商谈出结果。为此，他在昨晚就呼吁黎巴嫩新总理阿迪布（Moustapha Adib）尽快建立一个政府特派小组，处理解决大爆炸引发的危机。此外，他还与前总理阿里里进行了会晤，之后，再次前往贝鲁特港口。
