英国称”俄罗斯黑客”窃取新冠病毒疫苗

新冠病毒暴发后，中国在极短时间完成了病毒的鉴定和测序，于1月12日向世界卫生组织提交了新冠病毒基因组序列信息，在全球范围内共享。这为各国病毒检测、治疗和疫苗研发奠定了基础。中国、美国、德国、英国、法国、日本、澳大利亚、以色列、新加坡、印度等世界各国的研究人员正如火如荼研发新冠疫情的疫苗。然而，疫苗研发是一项耗时久、高风险、高投入的工作，需经历前期设计、动物实验和总计三期临床试验。

据美国(CNN)，路透社，英美加当地时间16日发布消息称，“五眼联盟”成员英国、美国和加拿大集体指控俄罗斯，声称俄罗斯政府支持的黑客组织对全球疫苗研发组织发起网络攻击。俄罗斯黑客正将目标对准参与新冠病毒疫苗研发的组织，试图窃取疫苗研发数据。该警告详细描述了俄罗斯一个名叫“APT29”又名“公爵”(the Dukes)或“舒适熊”(Cozy Bear))黑客组织的活动。

据报道，APT29集团已经活跃多年，使用多种工具和技术来尝试窃取机密，包括使用网络钓鱼电子邮件称为WellMess和WellMail的自定义恶意软件。 政府，智囊团和能源部门也成为目标。这一集团被认为与美国民主党在2016年大选前夕受到的网络攻击有关。 此前曾有人指控该组织由俄罗斯FSB间谍机构控制。

不过，俄罗斯立即驳斥了这一指控！据俄罗斯卫星通讯社刚刚消息，俄罗斯总统发言人佩斯科夫反驳称，俄罗斯与任何所谓的针对英国制药公司和研究机构的黑客攻击无关。俄新社还援引佩斯科夫的话说，克里姆林宫否认来自伦敦的指控，并表示这些指控没有证据予以支持。
