全球首例新冠病毒婴儿

7月15日 据欧联社综合报道，周二（14日）发布在《自然-通讯》科学期刊一项研究报告，法国一名女子怀孕时确诊新冠病毒，胎儿出生后出现相关症状，其后证实感染。医生认为胎儿在母体内经胎盘感染，是全球首例证实的胎儿在子宫内被感染。

研究报告由巴黎安托万•贝克莱尔(Antoine Béclère)医院儿科与新生儿重症护理医学主任丹妮尔•德•卢卡(Daniele De Luca)撰写，一名23岁女子在怀孕35周时、即今年3月24日因发烧及咳嗽而入院，确认检验结果为感染新冠病毒。该孕妇入院3天后，医生发现胎儿出现疼痛迹象，因此研究团队在完全隔离和全身麻醉下对该孕妇实施了剖宫产术，羊膜完好。剖宫产时，研究团队在破膜前收集了清澈的羊水，期间杜绝一切病毒源头。

男婴出生后，医院从婴儿的肺部抽出血液与其他体液，确诊婴儿感染新冠病毒，并排除了其他病毒等细菌感染。医生进一步检查后显示，病毒从母亲的血液传到胎盘，而使婴儿被感染。报告指他起初看来健康，但3天后情况突然转差，不但变得易怒，更出现肌肉痉挛及僵直，脑膜炎，脑水肿等与新冠病毒相关的症状，喂食亦有困难，男婴一度连接呼吸机6小时。

医院当时没有关于如何治疗确诊婴儿的临床指引，医生曾考虑是否使用瑞德西韦，但男婴在没有帮助的状况下逐渐康复，因此并未获得特定药物。最近对其扫描结果显示，他身体已几乎完全康复，并在3周内出院，他的母亲3个月后再无病征。

丹妮尔•德•卢卡的团队进一步研究后发现，胎盘内的病毒浓度最高，认为是由母体经血液及脐带传染给胎儿。他表示，之前无法证明胎儿在母体内受感染，是因为在疫情大流行下，难以全面分析羊水，胎盘，婴儿血液等来确认胎盘的病理学。
