文成农村“喝好水”

浙江省各地有关部门以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻习近平总书记对农村饮用水工作重要指示精神，全面实施农村饮用水达标提标行动计划，把农村饮用水达标提标这项民生工程、民心工程抓实办好，让老百姓喝上干净水，从“有水喝”到“喝好水”的转变。温州全面落实农村饮水安全管理“三个责任”。

据温州网报道，文成双桂乡西垟自然村西垟供水站是所有施工难度最大的一个站点。西垟供水站水源点位于海拔451米的半山腰上，唯一的运输道路就是一条山间土路，运输车辆上不了山，大型施工运不上去，人工挑挑不上去。文成县农村饮用水负责人，机器不行就换人，人不行就让骡子上。骡队便成了运输主力军。

每匹骡子都驮了两袋砂石，每天要往返很多趟。10余只“骡子”，驮了两袋砂石，沿着狭窄崎岖的山道，蜿蜒前行。而这些砂石，将用于文成县西垟供水站饮用水工程的施工。据了解，西垟供水站于今年4月20日开工，建成后将解决西垟自然村700多人的饮用水问题，供水保证率、水质达标率在95%以上。为了保障工程进度，施工队不断优化设计、加大人力投入，尽力克服眼前的困难。

　　文成县位于南部山区，大部分村庄都是依山而建，而水源点多在深山里，施工难度很大。文成县已完成南田、西坑等2个乡镇水厂涉及11个村的管网延伸工程和11个单村水厂工程，投资2000万元，受益人口2.2万人。“今年已完成82个村的方案设计，开工27个，将于10月底完成文成县农饮水安全巩固提升工程，实现城乡供水一体化。”今年是农村饮用水达标提标行动的收官之年。在前不久举行的温州市“两会”上，农村饮用水达标提标工作连续三年入选温州十大民生实事项目。已完成提升28.6万农村居民饮用水标准，接下来还将加快进度，争取10月底前基本完成年度建设任务。
